This is done through three 1,5cm incisions in the hair bearing scalp by an endoscopic technique.

This can be performed under local anesthesia plus sedation or combined with a facelift operation under sedation or general anesthesia.

The muscles responsible for the over active frown expression are weakened and the brow is lifted to maintain a natural aesthetic appearance avoiding a surprised look. The patient stays in hospital overnight and stitches are removed between the 8th and the 10th day post-operatively.

You will remain in hospital for one day and your recovery will take approximately ten days.
